Accounting Manager

As the Accounting Manager your responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure accounting records compliance within regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Prepare all accounting reports (internal and external), including internal monthly closing and external quarterly and 6-month closing with the best quality.
  • Prepare and submit reports on taxes and insurance and dealing with internal and external auditors, tax audit, insurance audits, investor relation team and etc.
  • Lead the accounting team, communicate effectively with them, keep a positive spirit in the team and manage the team's workload and recruitments.
  • Interact effectively with other teams and organizations and have a positive spirit when cooperating with them.
  • Provide optimized accounting methods on new business cases, partnerships and etc .
  • Make recommendations for process improvement, risk reduction and taking proper actions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Great knowledge of accounting principles as well as accounting and financial statements.
  • High level of competency in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to interact with team members and other teams effectively.
  • Have flexibility and effective decision making skills when facing challenges.
  • Energetic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT and Technology industries is a Plus.
