To be a supporter you need to be a problem solver, energetic, and diligent person to fulfill the role. responding promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledging and resolving customer issues.   • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Specially Excel)

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Ability to prioritize and operate under pressure
