- Lead marketing strategy development and execution based on business objectives

- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products and other relevant information to form marketing strategy

- Measure and report performance of marketing channels / campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs & OKRs)

- Prepare and manage the company's marketing budget

- Work in partnership with creative agencies to develop briefs and guide creative activities for all advertising and brand communication including online and offline assets

- Lead marketing research projects (qualitative and quantitative) periodically to assess marketing effectiveness and benchmark against competition


- Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred

- Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing leadership role; Ecommerce experience preferred

- Extensive digital marketing experience

- Teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

- Excellent negotiation and critical thinking skills

- Data driven and analytical approach

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
