China Regional Manager

Our sales team is having more success in China which is why we have decided to recruit an area manager for that area. The qualified candidate will be proficient in Chinese language. What is more they will have experience with international business development, China specifically. They will also be capable of generating leads and networking and building fruitful business relationships with Chinese companies. In order to communicate with the headquarters in Tehran, the person must also be able to communicate effectively in Farsi or English.


  • Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success in the area
  • Negotiate, build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships between Cafebazaar and prospective international clients
  • Network and generate leads in China for promising future partnership
  • Analyze, forecast, track and report key performance metrics
  • Follow the industry trends and news in China and make decisions accordingly
  • Tackle complications inherent in international business
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of results
  • Take immediate action for urgent requests
  • Drive efficient, well-defined, seamless process throughout the team
  • Proven international sales experience or other relevant experience (experience with Chinese companies is preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in either Persian or English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence all stakeholders
  • Impeccable networking skills
  • Ability to deliver creative solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
