Cafebazaar is currently recruiting Customer support specialists in the operation office. We are seeking applicants who are patient enough to communicate with our users with strong customer service skills. Customer care specialist is responsible for providing a quality customer experience to all Cafebazaar users. Customer care specialist is responsible for communicating with customers through various channels (emails, comments, chat…), responding promptly to customer inquiries and acknowledging and resolving customer issues.

Requirements
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward users at all times
  • Having a focused mind and being able to multitask
  • Good at writing and editing texts in Persian
  • Good at problem-solving and searching
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Specially Excel)
  • Responsive, team-oriented personal style for effective communication with users and colleagues
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others
  • Passionate, proactive, solution orientated, creative and able to think and learn quickly
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Ability to prioritize and operate under pressure
