In this role you will interact with our customers and support them proactively with any issues they encounter and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed. Responsibilities:

  • Handling users’ daily concerns and problems and devoting all of your effort to help them timely and accurately.
  • Responding to the daily emails, comments and chats received from the users in an effective and efficient manner
  • Continuous update of canned responses, tags, etc.
  • Gathering reports of users’ problems and escalating them to the technical teams
  • Updating bugs and issues as well as tracking tags in the customer service database
Requirements
  • Excellent (verbal and writing) communication skills in persian
  • Detail-oriented and strategic thinker
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented as well as being self-sufficient who takes initiatives
  • Availability to work occasionally at nights, holidays and weekends
  • Self-motivated, passionate and hardworking
  • Flexible and open to work in an email support field
  • Familiar with web environment (online web applications and tools)
  • Relevant CRM and User Research work experiences is a plus
