We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team! You will be responsible for the functions of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Administration.
- Preparing and managing personnel contracts.
- Maintain and updating personnel profile and documents
- Preparing personnel loans and complimentary insurance files.
- General HR administration and team projects as assigned within the stated guidelines and timeframes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, MBA, Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR & Admin fields.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Effective interpersonal communication style
- Enthusiastic and team player with an ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities and Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in English is a plus
