We are looking for a HR Admin to join our team who will undertake a wide range of HR tasks to provide support in administration filed.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and managing personnel contracts.
  • Maintain and updating personnel profile and documents
  • Preparing personnel loans and complimentary insurance files.
  • General HR administration and team projects as assigned within the stated guidelines and timeframes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, MBA, Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR & Admin fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Effective interpersonal communication style
  • Enthusiastic and team player with an ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities and Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
