HR Generalist - Karnameh

We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team! You will be responsible for the functions of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management (including training and development, performance management and succession planning, etc).   • Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Implementing and supervising talent management projects.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics and preparing reports.
  • Implementation and facilitation of employer branding projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, MBA, Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Effective interpersonal communication style
  • Enthusiastic and team player with an ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities and Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
