Key Account Manager - Search Ads Product
As a Key Account Manager you will:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships between Cafe bazaar and Search-ads customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to our developers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to developers’ needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Take immediate action for urgent requests
- Drive efficient, well-defined, seamless process throughout the team
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Knowledge of the digital advertisement and app industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence all stakeholders
- Ability to deliver creative solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
