As a Key Account Manager you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships between Cafe bazaar and Search-ads customers
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to our developers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to developers’ needs and objectives
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Take immediate action for urgent requests
  • Drive efficient, well-defined, seamless process throughout the team
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the digital advertisement and app industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence all stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver creative solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
