We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.


Responsibilities

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Define OKRs and manage workload, development plan, performance reviews
  • Develop college recruiting programs
  • Communicate with external parties
  • Educate and train hiring managers related to recruiting; process, interviewing and etc.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Requirements
  • Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
  • Insight and ability to implement talent management strategies to build and sustain cultural infrastructure in the hiring process
  • Well-organized
  • Leadership and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
