We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.
- Working as a single point of contact between sellers and buyers
- Provide information regarding service in an engaging manner
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using scripts provided
- Arrange meetings between seller and buyer
- Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into database
- Keep CRM systems updated
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to persuade people.
- Customer focused.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM.
- Familiarity with MS-Office (Excel and Word) and Google Drive.
- Cool-tempered and Team player.
- Familiarity cars and auto market is a plus.
